Multi-layers Plastic Sheet Extruder Machine

Use the extruder for heating, conveying, comopressing and metering the material after pre-dry. Smelt the material evenly, and then convey it to the fitter and the plain extrusion die head with a steady pressure. Filter the molten material. Homogenize the said material by co-extrusion distributor. Sheet molding Press the slice by five rollers, then cool and finalize the shape. Cut off the waste edge to meet the width required. Cool down the sheet naturally and convey it. Wind up the waste edge.
